When is the office open to accept appointments?
The office is open for appointments Monday through Thursday from 8AM until 5PM. We are open for cleanings on Fridays. Limited Saturday appointments are available.

How long has Dr. Mykleby been practicing dentistry?

The Dr. has been providing gentle, family-oriented dental care to adults and children of this community for over 25 years.

Do you offer bleaching at your office and what kind?

The office offers three types of bleaching systems -  ZOOM treatments for one hour in office whitenings, take home trays, and extra strength crest white strips. Please allow yourself two hours for our in office whitening appointments.

What is available for patient comfort while at the office?

Our operatories are all equipped with wide screen monitors providing Cable TV, Relaxation Movies, and DVD’s.  Please feel free to bring in any DVD’s and CD’s you would like to enjoy during your visit or choose from our internet accessable internet music collection.

Do you offer nitrous oxide, commonly known as “laughing gas”?

Yes, nitrous is available at the patient’s request.

How often is it necessary to get a professional cleaning of my teeth to keep them healthy?

 A semi-annual cleaning is recommended in most cases, although it is not uncommon to visit the office for quarterly cleanings.

Does the office use digital x-ray equipment?

Yes, the office offers digital x-rays that reduce the amount of radiation to less than half of a traditional x-ray. 

How does the office sterilize their instruments?

The office uses a state of the art steam autoclave to sterilize its instruments to OSHA regulated standards.

Is there a wait to see new patients?

If you are a new patient we will happily accommodate you within a day or two.  Please feel free to call ahead and schedule an appointment at your convenience.
